| The proposal was awarded the prize of honour. |
The suggestion was to polish a dark concrete wall, so it becomes a large scale mirror, lying in the landscape, reflecting it's sorroundings and the persons entering or leaving the prizon. A metaphore - a reflection of the society. |
| Two important words during the work process of this suggestion was time and change. We believe those are important words for everyone hwo is affacted by a penalty, whether the person is inside or outside the wall. |
